Acceptance and completion of your order and the contract between you and Manbury.com will take place as and when the products ordered by you are dispatched by us. You will be notified if your order has not been accepted, which may be because of one of the following:

All goods that you are not satisfied with, can be returned within 7 days in original packaging and in sellable condition. Should you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@manbury.com. This can be done, providing it has not already been dispatched. All returns shall be sent to our UK agent, national postage rate apply. Address will be supplied.

When returning items to us, you must pay for all postage. The returning goods are your responsibility until we receive them, so proof of postage is recommended, i.e. recorded delivery.

PAYMENT:

Upon receipt of your order we will charge your credit card account for payment. All prices are clearly stated on our pricing pages. Total cost of your order is the total price of the product ordered, plus delivery. Should the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us for whatever reasons, we will not be held liable.

DELIVERY:

We aim to deliver within 10 working days, mostly this occurs far quicker. However we will contact you should a problem arise. Goods will be delivered to the address supplied by you. We will not accept liability for losses or damages to goods when delivered according to your delivery instructions.

GUARANTEE:

Manbury guarantees the quality of all products. Should you receive an incorrect delivery than this can be returned exempt of cost. We will than replace the article/s without extra cost to you. This includes any damaged articles. You have the choice to have the article/s replaced or your money back. You have a guarantee of two months.
